Privacy policy

I. General Provisions

1. The Privacy Policy outlines how personal data of Users is collected, processed, and stored, which is necessary for providing services via the website www.wiltotrans.pl (hereinafter: the Service).
2. The Service collects only personal data necessary for providing and developing the services offered within the Service.
3. Personal data collected via the Service is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

II. Data Controller

The Data Controller of personal data collected via the Service is Wilto Trans Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Węglarska 86, 04-689 Warsaw, KRS: 0001117009, NIP: 5214078284, REGON: 529193370, email address: office@wiltotrans.pl (hereinafter: the Administrator).

III. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

1. Personal data is used for:
   • registering an account and verifying the identity of the User,
   • enabling login to the Service,
   • executing agreements related to services and e-services,
   • communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.),
   • sending newsletters (if the User has consented to receive them),
   • managing the comments system,
   • providing social services,
   • promoting the Administrator’s offer,
   • marketing, remarketing, and affiliation,
   • personalizing the Service for Users,
   • conducting analytical and statistical activities,
   • debt collection,
   • establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them.
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude an agreement or use other functionalities of the Service.

IV. Types of Personal Data Processed

The Administrator may process User personal data: full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, NIP (tax identification number).

V. Data Processing Period

User personal data will be processed for the period:

1. when the basis for processing is the execution of the agreement – until the expiration of claims after its completion,
2. when the basis for processing is consent – until it is withdrawn, and after withdrawal, until the expiration of claims.
   In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims related to periodic benefits and business activity – 3 years (unless a special provision states otherwise).

VI. Sharing Personal Data

1. User personal data may be shared with: entities related to the Administrator, subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator such as companies handling e-payments, courier/postal services, legal offices.
2. User personal data will not be shared outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. User Rights

1. The User has the right to: access their personal data, correct, delete, restrict processing, transfer, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
2. A request to exercise these rights should be sent to the address office@wiltotrans.pl.
3. The Administrator shall comply or refuse to comply with the request immediately – at most within a month of receipt.
4. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe their rights have been violated (GDPR).

VIII. Cookies

1. The Service collects information using cookies – session, persistent, and third-party cookies.
2. Cookies help in providing services and serve statistical purposes.
3. The User can define the scope of cookie access to their device in the browser settings.

IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

1. User data cannot be processed automatically to make decisions that could affect them.
2. User data may be profiled to adjust content and personalize offers after receiving their consent.

X. Final Provisions

1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, but User rights will not be restricted.
2. Information about changes will be communicated via a notice available on the Service.
3. For matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law apply.
